The October 2025 guide reports a paid reroll during character creation. It also describes a free route: consume a Chakra Fruit, destroy five Chakra Points as Otsutsuki, reach age 33 or above, then wipe. The guide says an ordinary wipe alone does not reroll the bloodline.
