Lightning Scroll

1. Learn the initial Lightning attacks and damage NPCs or players with them.
2. Find Miz using Rooftop Balcony, or follow the video route from Biyo Bay.
3. If she asks you to experience lightning, stand beneath a thundercloud and be struck. The guide reports that an earlier strike can count.
4. Return to Miz for the scroll, then purchase the Lightning awakening at a Chakra Point.

Thundercloud check

Thunderclouds appear during rain, but rain alone does not guarantee one. The strike deals substantial damage; arrive with health available.
