Three different resources

Plan your branches

The written guide documents four normal shard-funded paths, or five for Otsutsuki, with one point destruction per age-up. Combined-element routes require their stated elemental branches before the combined path opens.

Unlock sequence

1. Find and activate a Chakra Point.
2. Review the skill tree and its displayed costs before choosing a branch.
3. Obtain a Chakra Shard through the documented point-destruction system. Destroying a travel point is a lasting tradeoff.
4. Gather the required fragments and gems through available quests and encounters.
5. Return to an active point and purchase the chosen technique.

Using a technique

The controls reference describes charging chakra with C, selecting a learned move and using the left mouse button. Some abilities also have alternative inputs.
