1. Finish the earlier Byakugan progression and compare your counters with the published targets.
2. Follow the linked route into the Martial Elder room. Byakugan reveals the white outline used to locate the entrance.
3. Speak to the elder and follow the associated Neji encounter route. Prepare for teleport attacks and the palm barrage.
