Matatabi

Arena and forced spawn

Reach Matatabi’s arena from The Expanse. Its gate opens for a spawn. The Beast Tamer near Passageway can accept Matatabi’s Tail and bring eligible nearby players to the encounter.

Soul to cloak

1. Defeat Matatabi and seal it while downed for a chance at its Soul.
2. Use the shared soul implantation, activation, berserk and Beast Key route.
3. Meditate at The Expanse pillar and defeat the inner Matatabi. Block fire traps and its roar, perfect-block swipes and bites, and evade the zigzag pounce.

Cloak toolkit

The controlled cloak includes Zig Zag Pounce, Cross Slash, a burning bomb and fire bullets.
