Awakening and implants

Natural Uchiha awakening is associated with a grip that costs Life Force. Other clans can obtain Sharingan through implantation. Natural Uchiha can recover lost eyes through aging.

Mangekyo: three-player method

Prepare a candidate, friend and enemy. The friend needs three tomoe and the candidate’s faction; neither friend nor candidate may have gripped the other.
The enemy knocks the friend; the candidate carries and drops them.
The enemy knocks the candidate; the friend carries and drops them.
The enemy knocks and carries the friend again. Friend and candidate activate three tomoe.
The enemy drops and grips the friend near the candidate to trigger Mangekyo.

EMS requirements

Check	Required state in the guide
Clan	Natural Uchiha.
Counters	About 30 grips and at least 20 Sin.
Previous eye	Already had MS; do not skip directly from base Sharingan.
Vision	Impaired eyesight after using or extracting MS.
Replacement	Someone else’s MS; reimplanting your own is not the demonstrated EMS method.

After EMS

The upgrade removes MS blindness. The video reports extraction protection below 20 Sin. It documents Obito, Itachi, Sasuke and Madara variants. MS activation and grip targets above are practical guide targets, not developer-published formulas.
