Eye implantation
- Find the surgery NPC behind Training Grounds. Bring eyes, Ryo and enough Sin for dialogue.
- Ordinary surgery: age 16, 200 Ryo, eye item held; remove incompatible special eyes.
- The written guide lists 25 grips for MS implantation. EMS has separate prerequisites; check the Uchiha route.
Extraction failure
A failed arm extraction protects that target until an age-up. Beginner-protected characters cannot supply an eligible arm. Natural Senju do not need an arm implant for Wood.
Avoid confusing the rewards
An extracted item is not the same thing as a learned awakening. A spare eye can be a quest hand-in, a transplant or Izanagi fuel. Read the destination route before consuming it.
