The implantation tradeoff
A foreign clan arm normally costs 20 maximum chakra. Senju arms are the stated exception. Reimplanting an arm from your own clan does not stack a second copy of your clan passive. Crabuto charges 500 Ryo for an arm and 200 Ryo for eyes.

Losing and restoring an arm
A missing arm prevents wall jumps and vaulting, slows casting, and makes mastered moves require hand signs again. Haruno’s Limb Blossom restores an implanted arm using a Sauna Leaf. The sauna restores the original limb instead; natural regrowth does not preserve a removed implant.
Danzo’s Arm is a separate system
Danzo’s Arm is an additional quest reward, not a replacement that grants another clan’s ordinary arm passive. It holds 10 Izanagi charges; ordinary eyes refill one and Mangekyo eyes refill three. It persists through wipes on that slot. Scalping disables it until the eyes regrow. A stolen torn Danzo arm does not grant Izanagi.
