First mastery

1. Practise the intended jutsu until the Skill Specialist accepts your proficiency.
2. Pay the trainer’s displayed Acumen fee.

Find the Skill Specialist at Fort Mello. M2 casts mastery; M1 retains the original.

Changing the selected technique

The trainer selects your most-used move. Fruit of Forgetfulness resets proficiency while preserving mastery. Alternatively, cast your chosen move, use a Mastery Scroll, then revisit the trainer.

Additional mastery

The written fan guide associates extra masteries with the Sacrificial Seer and a limb offering. Its precise health penalties are not independently confirmed.

Why the move matters

Mastered Rasenshuriken changes from a close attack into a ranged projectile. Mastery can alter function, not only casting speed.
